FOOD MANAGER

 

Food Protection Manager Certification

​

All food managers who are responsible for the  storage, preparation, display, and serving of foods to the public must pass a food manager test approved by the state of Florida demonstrating basic knowledge of food protection practices.

​

Food managers who successfully pass the exam receive a certification that is valid for a period of 5 years.

 

Each licensed establishment must have a minimum of one certified food manager on duty at all times when the establishment is in operation.

​

We administer the Food Manager Certification Exam and in most cases provide results live and in real-time after the exam, therefore eliminating the needs to wait days or even weeks to obtain examination results.

​

A complimentary study guide is provided in English or Spanish and the test itself can be taken in various other languages.
